Its finally here. Adding Flavor to Fitness is a cook book I have been working on for over 2 years. A revamp of my previous version, this book has over 40 recipes that bring flavor into the world of healthy eating. 

No longer do you have to rely on chicken and rice to eat healthy and get in shape. This digital book is filled with recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even dessert for when you need a sweet treat. I've taken all the foods I love to eat and found way to keep them macro friendly, and relatively easy to make. 

Each recipes has serving sizes, macros, ingredients lists, and simple instructions to get you started.
